Create your own iOS App Store wish list with Apple Notes

Prior to iOS 11, the App Store had a wish list feature to save apps for review or purchase later. However, the wish list was removed after updating to iOS 11.

The good news is that with Apple Notes, you can have the same feature. First create a new note in Apple Notes, such as "iOS App Store Wish List".

In the App Store, find the app and click on the three dots (more) button. Next, click on the Share button.

Click on the Choose Note line, choose the wish list note you made, and click Save.

The App Store link is added to the note as a descriptive button. Additional App Store links are added to the end of the note. Clicking the app link opens the App Store right at that app. In iOS 11, you can drag the app links to reorder them in the note.

The only real downside is that the app link in the wish list needs to be manually deleted when you are done with it. To delete, click and hold on the app link and select Cut from the popup menu or place the cursor to the right of the app link and click the keyboard Delete key.
