Apple Notes - Create a link in an Apple Note to another Apple Note
Federico Viticci of MacStories mentioned in an episode of the podcast Connected that it is possible to create a link in an Apple Note to another Apple Note (cross linking Notes).

Apple Notes has the ability to share Notes with other people, but also with yourself. However, this internal Note sharing option does not work exactly the same on iOS as on the Mac. The most consistent way that I have found to do this is to use a secondary email address if you have one.

1. In the Note you want to share, click the Add People button on top of the Note.

2. Choose mail for how you'd like to send your shared note invitation. Enter your secondary email and send it.
3. In your email program where you received the share note invitation, tap and hold on the Note link and select Copy from the popup.
4. In the Note where you want the link, paste the copied link.
When you click on the link, a popup briefly says "Retrieving" and then jumps to the linked Note.
Tip: You can also copy select Copy Link in step 2, select Copy Link again in the popup window, and then paste it into your other note (this did not work on MacOS 10.13).
On the Mac, you can stop sharing the internal link by clicking the Add People button again in the shared Note and choosing "Stop Sharing". However in iOS, you have to share the Note with someone else first (or use the secondary email method above) and then click Add People again and choose "Stop Sharing" (iOS 11.2).
